SSB — Solid State Brain: Digital Control & System Safety

NO MORE GREEN LIGHT GUESSING!

The SSB digital controller replaces legacy analog control setups with a dedicated digital microcontroller running custom control software. Paired with a compact in-cab OLED display, it puts complete system status and diagnostics at your fingertips:

Real-Time Digital Display: View oil temperature status, pump state, fuel pressure, engine run mode, and purge solenoid timing at a glance.
Component Diagnostics: On-screen identification of failed fuses or micro-relays.
System Safeguards: Customizable purge and engine run timers, plus automated safety shutdowns for low fuel pressure or low oil temperature to protect your fuel system.
Hour Tracking for Tax & Maintenance: Integrated resettable hour meters track operational runtime for filter service, pump health, and road tax / IFTA compliance logging.

Road Tax & Compliance Ready

Running alternative fuels on public highways requires tracking fuel usage for state motor fuel road taxes and fuel tax reporting:

The SSB's integrated run-time meter logs the exact operational hours spent in alternative fuel mode.
Gives drivers and light-fleet operators an easy, audit-proof baseline to calculate fuel usage alongside physical fill-up records.
